No, there are no set-up or recurring costs for the employer.
Employees only pay for Salary Hero when they access their wages early. A small flat fee is charged per access point, regardless of how much pay is accessed. This access fee can be reduced if companies want to subsidise their employees. All other services available on Salary Hero, including financial education modules and upcoming savings options, are free of charge.
No, Salary Hero is not a credit solution. There is no consumer underwriting, interest charges, or other hidden fees.
No, our Financial Education services are free to all employees who are signed up to Salary Hero. Financial literacy improvements are key to long-term financial success for employees. Salary Hero provides financial modules across a range of subjects, including budgeting, loans and other financial products.
